Inspiring ALL to Belong, Believe, Bear Fruit

ICT Information

All staff have complete E safety training and make use of encrypted computers. Our staff are supported by Remedian Computing Experts who manage our equipment.

Our new Computing teacher is Mr Smith. He will work with each child over the school week to ensure that all of our children have access to a high quality computing education.

You can find out what the children in each year group are currently learning in Computing by hovering your mouse over 'Classes' and scroll down to your year group where you should see 'Computing.'  Click on these links to find out the latest exciting Computing lessons that are happening at The Church of England School of the Resurrection.

At the start of every term children will have a lesson about E safety. They will also take home copies of Digital Parenting to support their parents in keeping them safe in the digital age.  You can see some examples of Digital posters on the website.  Hover over home and click on Digital Safety to see our 2018 E-safety slideshow.

Children in Year 4 and Year 5 also have the advantage of working with team members from City in the Community. This year they will be supported to build and programme Penguin robots.

Children's lessons are based on the Switched on to Computing Scheme.
